Quebexico – Why Theresa Allore’s murder was never solved

There is no simple answer to this question, so once-a-week for 24 weeks I wrote a chapter to explain the complex relationship that evolved between the police and organized crime in Quebec, which resulted in so many murdered women being treated like collateral damage.

  1. We know in June or Early JULY 2007. Claude Levasseur went to Trois-Rivières.,just few weeks before Cédrika Provencher Affair., night to smell the city along a dude Sylvain Viger the both on alchool, joints and cocaïne.
    This while , Viger looked passively Levasseur tried to approach a 12 years old beside his home building in Saint-Léonard , Jarry East area. Viger never flagged to SPVM .
    15 years. Now this event is reported to SPVM recently. 👌.
    This era , Levasseur struggled girlfriend’s break-up with court approch forbidden , angry and sexually frustrated .
